Shipping & Delivery

In this Shipping Policy, we are committed to providing clear, efficient, and reliable services to ensure customers have a pleasant shopping experience with our dog toothbrush. Below are detailed provisions of our shipping policy. Please read carefully to understand important information regarding order processing, shipping times, freight calculations, and more. Thank you.

01. Sales Country & Ship Address

We currently only support sales within the United States. Our ship address is 12050 W 4th St N, Wichita, Kansas, 67235. Please confirm whether your country is within our service range before making a purchase. Thank you.

02. Shipping Order Processing Time

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days after your payment is successfully paid.

Our service hours are Monday–Friday/8:00 AM–4:00 PM (CST). Orders placed after 4:00 PM from Monday to Thursday will be processed the next day after 8:00 AM. Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday will begin processing on Monday after 8:00 AM. Weekends are rest days, and holidays are postponed.

If your order has not been processed after 2 business days, please immediately contact our customer service staff, Stephanie Jimenez, via email at [email protected]. We will prioritize the processing of your order.

03. Shipping Fees and Shipping Time

For all US orders, we ship using UPS Express. Shipping time is 3-5 business days. Shipping time is calculated from the time of express shipment.

The delivery is free for all US order over $30. For orders under $30, we will charge a $3 shipping fee.

If the shipping duration exceeds 5 business days, please contact our customer service staff, Stephanie Jimenez, at [email protected]. We will contact the logistics company and arrange a full refund or reshipping your order.

04. Delivery Time

Our delivery time is 4-7 business days. Delivery time= 1-2 business days order processing time + 3-5 business days shipping time.

If you haven’t received the dog toothbrush you ordered after 7 business days, please contact our customer service staff, Stephanie Jimenez, via email at [email protected]. We will arrange a full refund or reissuing the shipment.

05. Taxes

Rest assured, we currently do not charge any taxes. If there is a need for tax collection in the future, we will promptly notify you via email. You can follow the instructions in the email to handle the tax payment by yourself. Thank you.

06. Sign for Receipt

When signing for the delivery, please immediately inspect the received dog toothbrush to ensure it is in good condition. Make sure there is no visible damage or defects. If you notice any issues such as broken packaging, package is opened, wrong toothbrush or stains on the toothbrush, please provide detailed notes on the delivery receipt and promptly contact our customer service staff, Stephanie Jimenez, via email at [email protected]. We will arrange for a reissue or a refund to address your concerns promptly.

We strongly recommend that you personally sign for your package to ensure a secure delivery. If you are unable to sign personally, ensure that the designated person for signing is someone you trust to avoid the risk of parcel loss or other issues.

07. Dog Toothbrush Lost during Transit

If the dog toothbrush you ordered goes missing during transit, please reach out to our customer service staff, Stephanie Jimenez, via email at [email protected]. We will assist you in communicating with the logistics company. If the dog toothbrush cannot be located, Dogcareboutique.com will arrange a refund for you, which will be returned to your personal account within 1-2 business days. If you still wish to receive the dog toothbrush, we will arrange to reissue the same style dog toothbrush to you, and the shipping costs will be covered by Dogcareboutique.com.

08. Packaging

Our dog toothbrush is initially placed in a transparent plastic packaging bag, allowing consumers to visually inspect the quality of the bristles and the shape of the brush head. Subsequently, the toothbrush is placed into a packaging box featuring the brand logo on the back, along with the product name and brief information. This packaging box is then put into a shipping cardboard box, accompanied by bubble wrap to provide shock absorption and protection against impact during transit. Please note that we also include a user manual, dog electric toothbrush’s warranty card,return label, USB data cable, etc., inside the packaging box. Kindly keep the original packaging and the mentioned accessories for potential returns. Thank you.

09. Order Information Modification

After placing the order and paying successfully, within 1-2 business days, you can reach out to our customer service staff, Stephanie Jimenez, via email at [email protected] to modify your order information. However, after 2 business days, you won’t be able to make changes to your order as we will be in the shipping phase. Therefore, we kindly ask you to carefully review and confirm your shipping information, including recipient’s name, address, phone number, email, postal code, before making payment. Thank you.
