In order to ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience for you, we have established a comprehensive return policy, covering returns, exchanges, order cancellations, and more. 01. For Return

(1) Return Period

You can return the dog toothbrush within 7 business days after receiving it, and you are eligible for a full refund.

Please note: If your order amount includes shipping fees, the full refund will also include the shipping fees; if your order amount does not include shipping fees, the full refund amount will not include shipping fees.

(2) Return Requirements

The returned dog toothbrush should not have had direct contact with the dog’s teeth, and it must be returned in its original packaging. The dog toothbrush, both on its surface and inside the packaging, should show no scratches, stains, breakage, or other damages. Items included in the packaging, such as the user manual, warranty card for the dog electric toothbrush, USB cable, etc., must not be lost or exchanged. The return must include the return label.

Please note: The return label is placed inside the packaging box of the dog toothbrush. When returning the dog toothbrush, please fill out your order number and specific reason for return on the return label provided by us, and include it in the return packaging. This ensures that you can receive a full refund once we successfully receive the dog toothbrush.

(3) Return Application

(4) Return Process

Once you apply to return the dog toothbrush, we will process your return order within 1-2 business days.

When you determine that your dog toothbrush needs to be returned, please mail it to 12050 W 4th St N, Wichita, Kansas, 67235, Attn: Shalmorria Yates.

After you ship the dog toothbrush, please email your shipment tracking number, order number and courier company information to [email protected].

(5) Return Shipping Cost Bearer

If the dog toothbrush we send has obvious scratches, stains, damage, or is the wrong style, Dogcareboutique.com will pay for the return shipping.

However, if the consumer returns the product due to personal reasons, such as not liking the color, function, material, etc. of the dog toothbrush, the consumer will have to bear the return shipping costs.

(6) Refund Time

Once the returned dog toothbrush is successfully received by Dogcareboutique.com’s warehouse, we will initiate the refund process.

The full refund amount of your return (If your order total includes shipping fees, the refund will include the shipping charges as well). will be credited back to your personal payment account within 1-2 business days.

02. For Exchange

(1) Exchange Period

You can exchange the dog toothbrush within 7 business days after receiving it, and we will send one new same style dog toothbrush.

(2) Exchange Requirements

If the dog toothbrush you received has the following conditions and you want to replace it, you can apply for a replacement dog toothbrush of the same style:

If we shipped the wrong dog toothbrush and you wanted another style.

If the dog toothbrush we send is damaged, stained, scratched or unable to be activated due to manufacturing or transportation, resulting in poor usability or inability to use it.

If the dog toothbrush we send lacks the corresponding accessories, such as return label, USB cable, etc.

(3) Exchange Application

If you need to apply for an exchange, please contact our customer service staff Stephanie Jimenez via email [email protected], and please provide your order number and exchange reasons.

(4) Exchange Process

After requesting an exchange, please send the dog toothbrush to 12050 W 4th St N, Wichita, Kansas, 67235, with the consignee being Shalmorria Yates.

Once you have shipped your dog toothbrush, please email your original order number, new tracking number, and courier name to [email protected].

After the dog toothbrush that needs to be replaced successfully arrives at Dogcareboutique’s warehouse, we will send a brand new dog toothbrush to you within 2 business days. Shipping time of the new dog toothbrush is also 3-5 business days, so it will arrived at 7 business days. At the same time, we will send you the corresponding shipping tracking number via email for you to track your order.

(5) Exchange Shipping Cost Bearer

If the dog toothbrush we send is scratched, stained, unusable, or the wrong style, Dogcareboutique.com will cover the cost of exchange shipping.

If the consumer needs to replace the dog toothbrush due to personal preferences such as the material or color of the dog toothbrush, the consumer will be responsible for the exchange shipping costs.

03. Dog Electric Toothbrush Warranty Policy

(1) Warranty Period

Within 12 months from the date of receipt.

(2) Covered Product

Limited to dog electric toothbrush only.

(3) Free Warranty Coverage

This warranty policy covers issues caused by manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal usage conditions. The warranty covers, but is not limited to, battery performance, motor operation, functional failures, etc. For dog electric toothbrushes covered by the free warranty, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs sending, and Dogcareboutique.com is responsible for the shipping costs sending back.

(4) Issues Not Covered by Free Warranty

Issues caused by incorrect use, abuse, accidents, natural disasters, or unauthorized repairs are not covered under the free warranty. If you still require service under these circumstances, you will be responsible for the shipping, repair, or replacement costs.

Surface scratches, wear and tear, or other appearance changes due to normal usage are not within the warranty coverage.

(5) Warranty Process

Our customer service staff, Shalmorria Yates, will guide you through initial troubleshooting. If the electric dog toothbrush you ordered within the warranty period, you can get free repair or replacement. If it exceeds the warranty period, you need to pay the repair fee and round-trip shipping.

(2) How to cancel my order?

You can cancel the order you ordered through the account orders details.

We recommend that you cancel within 30 minutes of placing your order. Because after 30 minutes, we will enter the packaging process, so you can no longer cancel your order, please understand it.
